岗位职责:

POSITION SCOPE: (Provide any statistical information relevant to the position that may enhance the understanding of the job. For supervisory positions indicate the number of people supervised, the total who report through other supervisors, and management of external 3rd parties. Other data may include the value of assets entrusted to the position, operation budgets, sales volume, profit responsibility, and regular assignment of cross functional/cross business responsibilities.)

1. Report to ATI team. Provide the support to ATI related assignments. 向后处理集成团队汇报并提供支持。

2. Work independently on the lab tests, field test and cell test. 独立地完成实验室实验，道路测试及台架实验。

3. Manage test parts and other equipment and tools. Be the expert of these tools. 作为CES中国的专家管理零件设备以及相应工具。

4. Support the engineer on the daily operation, including parts ordering, receiving and shipping. 支持工程师管理试验用样件包括样件的接受与发送。

5. Support the prototype build 支持样件制作。

6.Take on and deliver ATI team related assignments. 承担并交付与后处理性能和集成团队相关的任务。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Summary 7 to 10 of the most important duties. Begin each sentence with an action verb; e.g. completes, determines, stimulates, facilitates, etc. Each action statement should conclude with an end result)

7. Responsible and professional on the assignments from the engineering team. 负责、专业地完成安排的任务

8.Work independently on the lab tests according the test plan or guideline. Could build up and setup the test. Could do the trouble shooting when needed. Collect the accurate and complete test results. And deliver the professional reports.根据测试计划或者大纲完成实验。搭建、设置测试。需要时做故障调查。准确完整地收集测试结果并交付专业的报告。

9.Do the test and investigation on the engine dyno, vehicles, chassis dyno and burner rig safety. Capable on the trouble shooting, dosing bucket test, temperature testing. Collect the data, failure information, photos, and samples and deliver the professional reports. 在现场完成对发动机台架、测试车、转毂或燃烧试验台进行测试或调查。注意安全事项。进行故障调查、尿素喷射精度测试、温度测试等现场测试。收集试验数据，失效信息，拍照，取样并提供专业报告。

10.Manage and maintain the test parts, other equipment and tools according to the assignments. Be the expert of these tools. Responsibility includes, maintain, setup, basic trouble shooting, contact the experts/ supplier to do the trouble shooting and repair, installation and collect accurate data from the tools. 管理试验样件以及专业试验设备。在培训后对设备精通，成为本地的专家。责任包括维护、设置、简单故障解决、联系供应商或专家进行故障排查和维修、安装、收集准确信息等。

11.Support the ATI functions on the daily operation, including parts ordering, receiving and shipping. Responsible and proactive. 支持后处理集成团队的日常运作，包括零件订购、接收、发送等。负责并且主动。

12.Some test data analysis capability, and be familiar with office Excel and Power Point.有一定的数据分析能力, 熟悉Office Excel，Power Point。

13.Support the test prototype build. Follow up with the Manufacturing team or Supplier, and provide technical support or decision. 支持测试样件的制作。跟踪生产部门或供应商样件制作状态，并提供技术支持。

任职要求:

QUALIFICATION: (List the education/training, experiences, culture/language and other skills/ competencies required for the position.)

Education

 Technical school/Junior College or above, engineering background. Automobile or engine related majors are preferred

 技校或专科以上学历，工程专业，汽车或发动机专业优先

Working experience

 More than 2 years’ experience on below experiences with related to diesel engine. Preferred Engine and Vehicle test experience.

 Be familiar with test operation procedure, including engine and vehicle setting up, equipment communication and data sampling, etc

 一定的英语读写能力，借助词典能阅读技术文件

Other requirement

 Computer skills， Microsoft software operation
