5年以上经验本科以上学历
Lead chassis MDT(Module Development Team) whose members come from engineering, purchasing, cost, manufacturing, attributes etc. to submit program deliverables to management in different gate according to existing PDP(Product Development Process)
Arrange Chassis MDT meeting to monitor related parts’ development, solve issues and escalate risks
To achieve vehicle development target of engineering, performance, cost and timing
Support to get necessary input to MDT members and cascade information
Coordination between program management, vehicle concept, validation and purchasing team, build strong connection to vehicle attributes such as NVH and vehicle dynamics
Cost and weight reduction in concept phase, design and quality improvement in development phase
Support the development and execution of a robust quality driven product development process
Continuous improvement of the development process and used tools
More than 6 years’ working experience in chassis Engineering & Release or chassis related program management in supplier or automotive OEM
Very good knowledge about Engineering & Release processes and program management in automotive industry
Experienced in inter-departments communication and coordination
Team management experience and skills
Fluent in English speaking and professional in English writing skills
Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent
C1 drive license
