The Senior Product Strategy Analyst is an advocate for the brand and consumers in the Product Development Process.
He/she will work with cross functional teams to define vehicle products/services within the product/technology portfolio. He/she will assist in or be responsible for ensuring current and future products are competitively defined and positioned to win in the market place.
He/she shall possess the ability to understand and communicate consumer needs, the competitive landscape, technological trends, regulatory requirements and, eventually, the winning attributes that motivate consumers’ purchase/non-purchase decisions.
He/she will assist in or be responsible for the development and management of product-related communications for all internal and external partners and support production launch and market launch activities as required.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Behavioral Psychology, Applied Statistics or other relevant academic disciplines.
Work experience in automotive industry or other durable consumer good industry.
More than 5 years' experience in one or more of the following function areas: Product Marketing, Product Planning, Market Research and Brand Management.
Capabilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
Analytical aptitude and ability to translate market and consumer data into meaningful and executable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
The ability to work in a complex organization, multi-task and prioritize work load, while leading cross-functional areas to synergistic collaboration
Preferred Capabilities:
Passion in automotive and mobility solutions.
An advanced academic degree is preferred, with an MBA highly desired.
A strong bias toward action and result.
