岗位职责:

1、负责研究目标客户特有的习惯与喜好，分析目标用户对汽车感官质量的关注点和关注度;根据市场关注变化，对感官质量的评价标准做改进修正和完善;

2、负责研究造型关键零部件感官品质提升方法。成立感官质量小组，承接公司技术委员会各项技术指标，建立跨部门协同小组，共同提升产品品质;

3、根据市场调研信息分析，将产品定义感官品质目标分解到造型设计，同时把造型设计需要的品质因子反馈到产品定义规划;

4、根据公司制定的品牌和产品规划，分析竞品标杆车型，提出项目的感官质量目标，并将目标分解到整车及零部件;

5、负责项目开发全过程中的感官质量工作，在产品开发各阶段提出发现的造型品质问题，并进行跟踪管理，包括对效果图、数模、实物样件、模型样车、工装样车的评价和问题立项，并提出相关的优化建议;

6、负责造型设计与工程设计之间感官品质信息沟通传递，运用感官品质评价表，控制设计目标与产品实现之间的品质转化，最大限度的将设计目标在工程制造中进行产品品质实现。

5，Responsible for the perceived quality of the entire project development, proposed quality issues in product development; tracking and management, including evaluations of renderings, digital mockups, physical prototypes, model prototypes, and tooling prototypes Problems .

6，Responsible for communication of perceived quality information between styling design and engineering design, using perceived quality evaluation tables to control quality transitions between design goals and product realization, and make product maximizing quality goals in engineering manufacturing achieved.

任职要求:

1、学历：大学本科及以上

2、专业：汽车设计及工业设计类等相关专业

3、技能要求：熟练使用PS等二维渲染软件及表现能力，熟练使用Catia等三位软件，具有较较强的细节品质敏感度，有较强的专注力，沟通协调能力。
