10年以上经验本科以上学历

岗位职责:

o The development & Integration status according to the Product Development Plan

o The status of systems performance to meet vehicle attributes requirements

o The planning on HVAC & Cooling systems items readiness to fit to vehicle build and validation plan

o Financial status: BOM costs, ED&D, tooling

o Program launch issue status

· COORDINATE:

o Intra department all dependencies in timing and maturity ( within HVAC & Cooling department):

· Between Design & release function, CCU calibration and HVAC / Cooling group

o Inter department all dependencies in timing and maturity:

· With CTCS Purchasing function on supplier sourcing process (RFQ, supplier nomination, etc)

· With CTCS Finance function on building cost status and roadmaps.

· With CTCS Vehicle. Engineering function on HVAC & Cooling commodities delivery for the vehicle build plan

· With Vehicle Attributes teams on:

· Cascading process from vehicle targets to HVAC & Cooling systems level

· Vehicle validation testing to meet the right quality of the HVAC & Cooling contribution to vehicle performance, and on time.

· With vehicle launch team:

· Set direction for IRT activities relative to issue resolution, tracking and decision making

· Report status of IRS, PTAO/ECR/EWO, Breakpoint/Parts availability/PPAP, ME and Quality

For reference, HVAC & Cooling function includes: HVAC, Compressor, AC pipe, Condenser, Radiator, Expansion tank, Hose, Cooling fan, CAC, LTR, Air guide, AC calibration

任职要求:

· Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

· Project Management and team leadership experience in cross functional organization and external partners ( min 7 years)

· Experience in air conditioning systems and powertrain cooling systems for the automotive industry (min 10 years)

· Business travel is required due to program milestone
