8年以上经验本科以上学历

岗位职责:

1.This candidate should support all Exeed projects to deliver good PT NVH performance. The responsibility is not limited to the following:

2.Lead whole attribute development & delivery for powertrain NVH in the whole project phase;

3.Lead & Conduct PT NVH issue resolution work;

4.Support NVH PAT leader to manage PT NVH attribute, include target cascade, issue reviewing in typical project milestones;

5.Communicate and report PT NVH result with appropriate forums both at NVH internal and external(MDT/Suppliers);

6.Support the continuous improvement of Exeed NVH capability.

任职要求:

1.More than 8 years in PT NVH area;

2.Good understanding of NVH principles;

3.Understand to use related NVH test equipment to conduct test work, such as LMS/Head Acoustics…

4.Good presentation and communication skills;

5.To adapt to business trip to conduct work in plants or others places.
