5年以上经验本科以上学历

岗位职责:

1.Support to creating vehicle concept : design, performance requirements, choose technical solutions

2.Build detailed feasibility for product & process development, Create & finalize the technical specifications of costs for commodities

3.Control supplier to ensure product & process development, prepare validation and industrialization,

4.Validate product and tune process, finalize production preparation for product launching

5.Build strong connection to Vehicle Attribute Teams (NVH, Ergonomics, HMI, Styling, Safety and Seat comfort) to support attribute delivery

6.Practice all the Gate & DMR tech-review to ensure each deliverables are available according with quality requirement

任职要求:

1.More than 6 years’ experience in Seats Systems development

2.Detailed know-how on Seat component (Frame, Foam, Trim, Plastic cover, Headrest and Mechanism) development processes and timing in an automotive OEM or Seat supplier

3.Very good knowledge about Seat complete and frame specification and test method

4.Very good knowledge about Seat component production technologies (manufactory process, tooling, interface to safety parts and electrical parts…)

5.Experienced in physical and virtual component and system validation

6.Knowledge about CAE simulation tools and CAD (CATIA)

7.Knowledge about Testing validation

8.Fluent in English speaking and professional in English writing skills

9.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent
