岗位职责:

1.Responsible for Exterior Accessory system development and management, such as Glass system, Window regulator, Outer Mirror, Door handler, Wiper and Washer system.

2.Edit and release the 3D data & documents according to the project plan and the Vehicle Product Development Process (PDP). For example RFQ, SOR, Specification, DFMA, etc.

3.Audit the test & validation of the accessory system with the supplier & validation engineer.

4.Provide assembly plant support during prototype/launch phases or as required

5.Management and Development the supplier with the purchasing team

6.Discussion and control the development plan with supplier

任职要求:

1.5 years working experience in design and manufacturing experience on EXT accessory systems.

2.OEM experience preferred, Familiar with APQP process and problem solving tools.

3.Knowledge in component/subsystem design/manufacturing/tooling, and vehicle assembling and launch process, In-depth knowledge in structure, injection tooling and CAD systems.

4.Experience in component /subsystem design verification process and test planning/execution,

Good communication skill.

5.Strong production planning and project management skills.

6.Bachelor or master engineering degree in engineering.

7.Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
