岗位职责:

Engine Calibration on vehicle for all CTCS products to meet all vehicle attributes - fulfill Fuel Efficiency requirements - fulfill Drivability requirement - fulfill requirements on emissions & OBD - all climatic corrections calibration (cold, hot, altitude)

- ECU Diagnosis calibration

Verification of the emission system technology to fulfill market driven emission requirements.

Support Base Engine Calibration development on Engine Dynos.

· Coordination of Engineering Service Providers and Suppliers for engine Calibration on testbed and vehicle

· Define the vehicle configurations and number needed for engine calibration process

· Manage contract development to Engineering Service provider on programme (planning) and technical content

· Reporting of the engine Calibration status according to the Product Development Plan and checking that calibration delivery is on time and on quality

· Continuous improvement of the development process and used tools

任职要求:

· Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering

· Leadership Experience (ca. 3 years)

· Project Management Experience

· Strong experience in engine technology development for the automotive industry

· Experience in EMS calibration tools
