岗位职责:

1.Functional and disciplinary lead of the electrical and electronics engineering department, including the EE architecture and system, body control system, ADAS system, power and wiring harness system，switches, and system integration and validation etc;

2.Lead the definition and development of the electrical and electronics system and component (e.g. network and diagnositcs, BCM, PEPS, ACC/AEB/LKA etc, Battery and wire harness) for all EXEED car models

3.Lead the Vehicle ECU software integration & validation, EMC qualification activity; responsible for the Software baseline relase for vehicle build and support the online configuration & functional test;

4. Lead the innovation, benchmark and competiveness improvement for the Electrical and Electronics system, product and technology, to meet the EXEED brand requirement;

5.Leading the EE VAVE activities with the launch product and on-going programs annually to meet the VAVE target;

6. Responsible for the program and engineering deliverables following the CHERY Product Development Procss; Continuous improvement of the development process and used tools for EE development;

7.Responsible and coorperate the EE validation team and the department engineers to support the Vehicle launch activity in Wuhu Plant, provide the necessary support for the vehicle EE related trouble shooting;

8.Cooperate with Wuhu team on the commonality between platforms on technology, system definition and component development, based on the business needs;

9.Manage the department budget and operation spending;

10.Staff recruitment, engineering compability and competence development based on buseness needs;

任职要求:

Requirements:

· Engineering Degree in Automotive, Electronics, Information Technology or Mechatronics Engineering

· Minimum 10 years working experience in Automotive industry, at least 5 years Leadership Experience in electronics;

· Strong experience in Eletrical and Electronics product development for automotive, truck or agriculture industry;

· Project Management Experience in OEMs;

Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and organized with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Capability:

Lead and motivate a team of about 30 engineers

Comprehensive knowledge of the development of electronic systems for automotive.
