岗位职责:

1、动力电池系统设计方案集成和零部件设计选型。

Layout and integration of power battery system design and component selection.

2、动力电池系统PACK设计和设计优化。

Pack design and design improvement of RESS.

3、动力电池系统高低压电气系统设计和选型。

Design and selection of high and low voltage electrical system for RESS.

4、动力电池系统方案评审和优化。

Review and improvement of RESS。

5、动力电池系统零部件加工设计方案和生产工艺评审和改善。

Parts processing design and production process technic review of RESS.

6、动力电池系统零部件图纸设计和输出。

2D and 3D drawing design and output of RSEE.

7、动力电池系统结构相关实验验证和测试。

Mechanical experimental validation and test of power battery system.

8、生产工艺优化和质量一致性检查。

Production process improvement and quality consistency check

9、基于传热系统的专业培训，开发流程建设等

Professional training, development process based on the heat transfer system, etc.

10、各级领导安排的其它工作

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，汽车工程/机械设计与制造/自动化等相关专业本科以上学历，英语沟通能力良好;

bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering / mechanical design / manufacturing / automation, bachelor degree or above, good written and spoken English skills;

2、3年或以上整车企业或汽车零部件企业相关工作经验;

at least 3 years above working experience in automobile related field;

3.、熟悉电动汽车动力电池结构及制造工艺，了解相关性能要求;

familiar with the electric vehicle power battery structure and manufacturing process, understand the relevant performance requirements;

4、熟悉整车电气接口，新能源车辆电器控制原理及逻辑，动力电池控制系统，电气和电控原理，熟悉电池高压安全原理;

familiar with vehicle electrical interface, new energy vehicle electrical control principle and logic, power battery control system, electrical and electronic control principle, battery Pressure safety principle;

5、了解整车项目的开发流程以及相关整车结枸;

understand the development process of vehicle project and related vehicle structure;

6.、熟练使用办公软件，掌握使用Catia、UG等软件;

skilled use of office software, master use of UG, Catia and other software;

7、具有团队精神并且善于沟通;

good team player and good communication skills;
