1、负责新工艺的规划和实施，负责现有工艺的维护和更新
To be a manufacturing engineer in body shop you will be responsible for planning and implement new or changed processes in your area.
2、编制新增或改造设备的技术要求(设备能力，节拍，维护方式，人机工程，安全等)
The requirement specification development for new or change equipment, adding requirement from different functions, and standards, as capability, cycle time, maintenance, ergonomics, safety etc.
3、跟踪协调新增或改造设备的安装过程(供应商、生产、安全、时间等)
The installation process of the new or changed equipment (supplier, production, safety, timing…etc.)
4、完成所负责区域的生产准备工作，并配合其他并行部门完成生产准备工作，例如：物流、生产、维修、质量检测等
The production readiness for your own ME-area as equipment readiness, build instructions, etc. but also coordinating the parallel organizations readiness for your area, as logistics, production training, maintenance, quality certification etc."
1、本科以上学历，机械及相关专业
Bachelor degree or more. Major in machinery or related
2、3年以上整车厂焊装工艺或设备的工作经验
. You have +3 years’ experience from car industry Body Shop: Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering or Maintenance engineering.
3、有负责项目的经验，并能够很好的与其他部门进行配合
You have project lead experience and you are used to coordinate and work with people from different background and teams to achieve the expected results.
4、 有自动化的方面的工作经验，如机械、电子和控制
- Experience in automation. Mechanical, electrical and control.
5、了解机器人的控制
- Base knowledge of Robot control.
6、了解尺寸工程
- Base knowledge in Dimensional engineering
7、了解焊接技术
- Base knowledge in Weld technologies.
8、 了解人机工程
- Base knowledge in Ergonomics
9、自动化设备的安全要求方面的经验
- Experience in safety requirements in automated equipment
10、 有设备安装和试制的相关经验
- Experience in equipment installation and commissioning
11、熟练的使用Office，Autocad 和UG等软件
- Good computer skills in general including MS Office, AUTOCAD and UG
12、 具备良好的英语口语和读写能力
- Have good written and spoken English skills,
