工作经验不限本科以上学历

岗位职责:

1、负责接收和实施试制验证装配过程的设计;

2、负责准备试制阶段总装所需要的工装、器具;

3、负责新产品的试制、产品改进、产品配套的技术指导。

4、负责记录、处理或协调解决试制装配过程中的各类问题，及时反馈设计部门，并提出改进建议;

5、负责装配过程中的质量控制，确保品质目标达成;

【Job Responsibility】

1. Responsible for receiving and implementing the design of the assembly process of trial-manufacture verification;

2. Responsible for the preparation of tooling and tools required for proto period;

3. Responsible for the trial production of new products, product improvement and technical guidance of supporting products.

4. Responsible for recording, processing or coordinating to solve all kinds of problems in the trial production and assembly process, providing timely feedback to the design department, and putting forward Suggestions for improvement;

5. Responsible for quality control in the assembly process to ensure the achievement of quality objectives;

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历，汽车专业、机械制造专业或其他相关专业;

2、熟悉汽车制造工艺、开发等方面的知识，有相关试制总装经验的优先考虑;

3、熟悉项目开发流程，熟悉应用CAD/CATIA等软件;

4、具备分析、解决问题的能力，较强的执行能力;

5、具备较好的英语读写能力，沟通表达能力。

【Job Requirement】

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automobile, mechanical manufacturing or other related majors;

2. Familiar with automobile manufacturing process, development and other knowledge, experience in trial production and final assembly is preferred;

3. Familiar with the project development process and the application of CAD/CATIA;

4. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, and strong executive ability;

5. Good English reading and writing skills, communication skills.
