岗位职责:

1.负责包括华晨研究院及外部供应商的内外部工作包管理;

Manage WP with Huachen R&D and also with external vendors;

2. 为内外部工作包交付结果的性能表现建立参考标准;

To establish references to determine the performance of WPs;

3.对包括华晨研究院及外部供应商的内外部工作包交付结果的性能表现进行检查和验证;

Challenge and verify the level of performance delivered by Huachen R&D and external vendors.

4.组织协调完成内外部工作包的RFQ文件;

To coordinate and consolidate the RFQ documents for WPs;

5.建立外部工作包供应商网络;

Build a network of external WP suppliers.

6.组织项目工作包管理其他相关业务。

Organize other WP relevant businesses.

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历，具有5年以上汽车行业工作经验;

Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years working experience in the automotive industry;

2.熟悉整车开发流程，熟悉项目管理、供应商管理领域相关知识，具有项目管理或供应商管理流程体系建设相关经验;

Familiar with vehicle development process, project management and supplier management relevant knowledge, and with experience in PMO and supplier management process system construction;

3.具有非常强的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，高度责任心，较强的团队建设能力，富于创新精神，抗压能力强;

very strong communication and coordination ability and teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility, strong team building ability, innovative, and very strong compression capacity.

4.具备较好的英语能力，完全适应英语工作环境。

Have good English skills, and fully adapt to English work environment.
