岗位职责:

Key Responsibilities ( not completely exhaustive):

1、 空调系统零部件在项目中方案的制定和实施。

Define and conduct the project scheme of HVAC system components.

2、 空调系统相关零部件的设计、开发、质量改进及成本优化。

Design and develop the HVAC system components , promote the products quality and cost performance。

3、 空调系统性能匹配及试验，优化各零部件的性能参数。

HVAC system performance matching and test, optimize the HVAC system component parameters.

4、 空调系统零部件相关的文件编制及数据维护：技术协议、时程管理表、BOM、SPEC-BOOK、DFMEA、2D、3D等。

Document and data: Technical agreement、Timing schedule of components 、BOM、SPEC-BOOK、DFMEA、2D、3D etc.

任职要求:

1、 机械工程或热能工程相关专业学士或硕士学位

Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering or related majors.

2、 5年以上汽车空调系统工作经验，3年以上空调系统匹配工作经验，能独立开展工作

At least 5 years work experience in automotive for HVAC system Engineering，3 years minimum work experience in automotive for HVAC system matching， work independently skill.

3、 熟知空调系统组件工作原理和性能

Master HVAC components working principle and performance.

4、 熟练运用CATIA、Office等办公软件;

Skillful at using office software such as CATIA and Office, ect;

5、 英语水平良好，可满足日常工作沟通及交流

Good English level to meet daily communication in working

6、 学习能力强，责任心强，有较强的沟通能力和分析解决问题的能力

Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication ability and strong ability in analyzing and solving problems
