岗位职责:

1、收集需求,为计算整车几何尺寸公差做准备;

Collect the requirements and prepare for calculating the geometry dimension tolerance of whole vehicle;

2、产品公差定义和合理性分析，与产品工程师、质量、生产部门及供应商共同制定出合理的几何尺寸公差;

Product tolerance define and reasonability analysis , work together with PE ，quality，manufacturing and suppliers to define the reasonable geometry dimension tolerance;

3、在外观、功能和可操作性方面帮助车辆符合几何尺寸要求;

Help in getting a vehicle compliant to customer requirements in terms of appearance, functioning and viability, defined in geometry dimensions;

4、管理整车的几何集成活动，特别是在风险、创新或布置范畴内的相关项目;

Manage the geometry activities of different architecture areas in particular on the topics running a risk, of innovation or architecture inter-zones;

5、牵头有关几何集成工作的任务分配，计划制定及会议组织;

Lead task assignments, appropriate plans, and meeting organization with respect to geometry convergence;

6、沟通协调跨部门的功能接口，连接产品工程、质量、生产和其他几何集成小组成员，主导几何匹配工作的开展进行，达成项目节点的目标;

Co-ordinate cross functional interface liaison support actions of Product Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing，and other members of geometry group to ensure smooth operation of geometry matching activity and achieve the target of project milestones;

7、制定批产后的几何监控措施和目标。

Make the geometry monitor measures and objectives using after SOP.

任职要求:

1、大学本科或以上学历，车辆工程或机械工程等相关专业;

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.

2、具备3年以上尺寸及整车工作经验;

At least 3 years related working experience for geometry dimension and arrangement of vehicle.

3、熟悉整车开发流程;

Familiar with vehicle development process;

4、熟练运用CATIA、Office等办公软件;

Skillful at using office software such as CATIA and Office, etc.;

5、优秀的计划、组织协调及沟通能力;

Excellent planning, organizational， coordination and communication ability;

6、 良好的英语听说读写能力。

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
