In charge of ISIT Roadmap/MTP
Define the budget for IS/IT (Invest and Expenses), follow monthly actual figures related to Budget
Manage contract with: suppliers, software providers, Renault, Brilliance…
Follow monthly licenses real usage
Set up and calculate KPI for each domain
Ensure the on-time executions and project deliveries
Perform financial analysis on budget; make business case and ROI analysis
Work with project team to define project plan, develop status reports to senior management and provide suggestions for solution
Prepare material and do presentation to senior management to assist their decision-making
Formulate enterprise information management system and informatization standards and norms
Assisted in planning the company's information network and construction organization
Formulate the operation process of IT basic resources (hardware and software)
Formulate and implement network security and information security measures to realize intensive management of IT resources
Responsible for the overall framework of the company's integrated information system and the construction of the enterprise informatization implementation organization

制订 IT 基础资源 (硬、软件)运行流程
制定网络安全、信息安全措施并组织实施，实现 IT 资源集约管理
负责公司集成信息系统总体构架，构建企业信息化实施组织
7- year experience of ISIT project budget management
Has already managed an IT team in charge of infrastructure
University and above/good English speaking, listening and writing skills
Be well known with workflow and methods of system planning, development and operation maintenance
Professional knowledge of database, OS, SW engineering’s, program design, computer network, computer security and etc.
Understand the relevant knowledge of IS planning and familiar with relevant process of automotive industry.
Be familiar with ISIT investment method and expense management method
Familiar with functional architecture and MTP set up
Familiar with a Digital architecture
PMP certificate as plus
有七年的ISIT项目预算管理工作经验

本科及以上学历，良好的英语听，说，写能力
了解系统规划，开发及运行维护的工作流程及方法
具备数据库，OS，SW工程，程序设计，网络，电脑安全等的专业知识
了解信息系统规划相关知识，熟悉汽车行业相关流程
熟悉ISIT投资方法及花费管理方法
熟悉创建职能构架和MTP
熟悉数字构架
PMP认证优先
