Organize and push the annual implementation plan of ISIT projects in sales and marketing domain. Support the business to identify its needs
Organize the requirement investigation and analysis of each domain.
Manage the Team leaders of each domain,
Propose innovations and new technologies
Identify and promote the talent in his team
Support the business to identify its needs in order to propose the MTP and budget for domains with PMO
Support the team in organizing the design jobs of development scheme and implementation, manage the project during the implementation process, and organize the design review for system scheme design.
Manage the formulation of Operation Maintenance (OM) organization and emergent backup plan for systems, and deal with OM jobs daily.

管理各部门团队负责人，

协助业务确认其需求，以便与项目负责人提出所有部门的MTP及预算。
支持团队进行开发方案的设计工作并实施，在实施阶段管理项目，对系统方案设计进行设计审核。
进行运行维护(OM)制定, 组织所有系统应急备选方案， 处理日常运行维护工作。
3 years Working experience in ISIT domain of automotive company, with specific knowledge on S&M especially on DMS topic，After Sales (Spare parts) and Sales ( web site..)
University and above/good English speaking, listening and writing skills.
Be familiar with automotive business process for each domain Sales and Marketing
An experience in DMS set up and familiar with SAP for Automotive is a positive point
Understand the relevant knowledge of IS planning and familiar with relevant process of automotive industry.
Be well known with work flow and methods of system planning, development and operation maintenance
Be familiar with new technologies like cloud computing, Big Data and analytics
Good knowledge of database, OS, SW engineering’s, program design, computer network, computer security and etc.
Customer oriented, savings cost oriented
三年在汽车公司ISIT领域的相关工作经验，具备销售知识，尤其是关于DMS的知识，售后(备件)和销售(网站….)。
本科及以上学历/良好的英文说，写，听能力。
熟悉各领域汽车业务流程，尤其是销售。
有DMS创建经验，熟悉汽车行业的SAP系统。
具备IS规划相关知识，熟悉汽车行业相关流程。
了解系统规划，开发及运行维护的工作流程及方法。
熟悉新技术，如云存储，大数据及分析类工具;
具备良好的数据库，OS, SW工程，程序设计，网络，电脑安全等的知识。
以客户及成本节约为导向。
