工作经验不限本科以上学历

岗位职责:

1. Take the lead to improve serial life production in order to meet the requirement of regulation, the requirement of company's policy

2. Take the lead to negotiate with other departments about serial life production

3. Manage the different engineering professions associated with serial life production

任职要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years working experience in the automotive industry;

2. Familiar with vehicle development process, project management and supplier management relevant knowledge;

3. Have very strong communication and coordination ability and teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility, strong team building ability, innovative, and very strong compression capacity.

4. Have good English skills, and fully adapt to English work environment.
