3年以上经验本科以上学历

岗位职责:

1、 约束系统零部件方案及整车安全性能目标的制定、实施。

Define and implementation the scheme of components and the target of vehicle safety performance。

2、 约束系统相关零部件的设计、开发、质量改进及成本优化。

Design and develop of the restraint system components , promoting the products quality and cost performance。

3、 整车安全性能集成及开发。

Vehicle safety performance integration and development.

4、 相关约束系统零部件及整车性能试验，优化各系统的性能参数。

Components and vehicle performance tests, optimize each system parameters。

5、 零部件相关的文件编制及数据维护：BOM、SPEC-BOOK、DFMEA、2D、3D等。

Document and data: BOM、SPEC-BOOK、DFMEA、2D、3D etc.

任职要求:

1、 汽车、机械或相关专业学士或硕士学位。

Bachelor or Master degree in automotive、Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

2、 5年以上相关工作经验，具备独立完成工作的能力。

At least 5 years related working experience and work independently skill.

3、 具备整车安全系统相关性能匹配能力

The performance matching of vehicle safety system skill

4、 熟练运用CATIA、Office等办公软件;

Skillful at using office software such as CATIA and Office, ect;

5、 英语水平良好，可满足日常工作沟通及交流

Good English level to meet daily communication in working

6、 学习能力强，责任心强，有较强的沟通能力和分析解决问题的能力

Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication ability and strong ability in analyzing and solving problems
