To Investigate and understand factors of strength for LCV & Fleet market
To Analyze current market structure, OEM offers, and value seen by customer
To Study and Define the frame of market evolutions in China on the segments where JV is, operating specially on NEV, ADAS, autonomous driving for LCV
Taking into account the forecasted regulation context, the customer expectations, the emergence of new technical solutions and their forecasted cost vs value for customer.
To Propose evolutions for the JV Line up and frame the new models according corporate strategy and technical developing components and parts in Alliance
Develop the technological innovation to apply on vehicles.
Define the product and its centering/positioning, according to customer needs (specially fleets) and local regulations, ensuring consistency with the LCV & MPV both RENAULT & JINBEI brand positioning, maximizing coverage of markets.
Build the product profitability (price, volume centering, and customer value).
Fluent English speaking. Strong experience in Marketing & Sales or Product Planning in Automotive Industry or Fleet managment.
Open minded, Able to meet with customer on working place and to listen to Customers, Rigorous
Able to work efficiently with Engineering teams (technical understanding)
Database handling and analysis
Transversal working aptitude
