5年以上经验本科以上学历

岗位职责:

To propose business development strategy for her/hiss cope, taking into account international markets, JV Commercial strategy and product planning.

To lead all the operations required to develop, industrialize, bring into market product taking into account the requirements, quality level, budget, and project planning, within the framework of politics, objectives and procedures defined by JV.

To optimize the project profitability, working with all involved directions (Product, Engineering, Information Systems, Purchase, Marketing, Commerce, Quality, Cost control) in order to define and achieve their objectives.

任职要求:

To understand English and to speak English on basics items

Already some experience in management of Projects

Some experience in Product engineering or in Product Planning Dpt

Exposure in sales activities

Strong communications skills to persuade people to work towards objectives and targets assigned
