岗位职责:

- Assessment and optimization of EE architectures across all levels (from the system view to the component, from hardware design to the logical and functional layer) for vehicle diagnostics, gateways, vehicle programming, …

- Guidance and assistance in defining the diagnostic requirements in specifications (requirements management)

- Function as a contact person in diagnostic questions for different departments, suppliers and customers

- Analysis and documentation of the processes, subsequent derivation of optimization potentials and their implementation

- Support the colleagues in the project to system functions (eg diagnostics, vehicle programming)

- Exchange of EE architecture concepts and requirements with various interface partners (for example suppliers)

- Planning, implementation and management of Diagnostic related meetings

- Support in the nomination of suppliers

- Diagnostic related problem analysis, problem management. Control of measures to solve the problems

- Creation of a state of the art concept for the system functions

- Definition of diagnostic functions in coordination with the department specialist and ECU suppliers

- Maintenance of diagnostic specifications (general and component-specific)

- Lead the effort to develop related documentations.

- Travel as required.

Education level:

- Bachelor degree or above

Specialization:

- Automotive/vehicle Engineering

- Electric and Electronics Engineering

Job Skill Requirements:

- Must have 5 years’ experience in area of Diagnostic

- Experience in EE system functions (diagnostics, vehicle programming, gateways…)

- Knowledge in the field of BN2021 vehicle programming (including Remote Software Update)

- Experience in define the concepts and technical specifications in the field of diagnostics

- Experience in the development and maintenance of diagnostics functions for vehicle control units

- Knowledge of measurement and analysis tools and diagnostic standards and formats (UDS, KWP, ODX)

- Safety knowledge of vehicle bus systems and diagnostic systems

- Knowledge EE architecture

- Knowledge vehicle programming/flashing is desirable

- Knowledge Remote Software Update desirable

- Knowledge of error and system analysis in vehicle programming

- Knowledge of the processes, methods and tools of Automotive Systems Engineering desirable

- Knowledge in area Systems Engineering and vehicle development processes

Languages:

- Excellent English both in written and oral.
