岗位职责:

As a platform software validation engineer, you will be part of a team working towards Xiaopeng Motors autonomous vehicle vision. You will be responsible for the validation of the platform software for Autonomous Driving System. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Execute and support in-car firmware and feature testing

· Analyze data collected during testing to determine if the vehicle meets requirements

· Writing test reports to document results of testing and to communicate issues found

· Execute and support software subsystem testing

· Develop and maintain platform software build and release

开发和维护平台软件的搭建和发布

· Develop and maintain documents, including test plans and reports、

· Develop and maintain test automation stations including CI/CD infrastructure

开发维护自动化站配置测试，包括CI/CD基础配置

· Develop and maintain code to validate firmware functionality

· Coordinate with other sites and teams regarding various levels of testing

任职要求:

You must be a self-motivated, well-rounded individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who is willing to learn and is open to criticism and different approaches. You must also be an excellent team player, be focused on achieving results, and have passion for product excellence and quality. You are required to have:

· BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

本科或硕士学历，计算机科学、计算机工程等相关专业或者相关经验。

· 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (Development or Validation)

4年及以上软件工程经验(开发或标定)

· Automotive Tier-1 or OEM experience

有汽车相关Tier-1或 OEM经验

· Understanding of vehicle ADAS ECUs and sensors such as radar, camera, ultrasonic, and lidar

了解车辆ADAS ECU系统，雷达、摄像头、超声波和激光雷达等传感器

· Strong understanding of vehicle systems and their interactions

了解车子系统之间连接与互动

· Familiar with Universal Diagnostic Services (UDS), Controller Area Network (CAN)

熟悉UDS、CAN

· Experience with automotive test tools such as Vector CANoe/CANape

有Vector CANoe/CANape等自动化测试工具经验

· Proficiency with Python, Shell, and Git

精通Python, Shell, and Git

· Experience with Testing and Debugging methodologies

有测试和排障方法论经验

· Familiarity with Validation and QA methodologies

熟悉标定和QA方法论

Preferred Qualification

The following are nice to have but not required:

· Experience with System languages (C, etc.)

有系统语言经验(C语言等)

· Experience with OO languages (C++, C#, Java, etc.)

有C++, C#, Java等编程经验

· Proficiency with development tools (Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence)

· Experience in system-level testing of a complex hardware-software product

有复杂软硬件产品的系统层面测试经验

· Experience in Automotive industry

有汽车行业经验

· Familiarity with Communications protocols (CAN, UDS, MQTT, REST, etc.)

熟悉CAN, UDS, DoIP, SOME/IP, DDS, MQTT, REST等通信协议

· Familiarity with ISO 26262 or other safety standards

熟悉ISO 26262和其他安全标准
