岗位职责:

· Provide support at Tesla Gigafactory 3 Manufacturing location.

· Triage and identify the cause of line down situations.

· Responsible for attending all IT outage calls.

· Responsible for the functionality of the manufacturing lines from an IT perspective.

· Work with other IT teams to resolve any issue.

· Involved in more complex and larger scale projects (global initiatives).

· Responsible for owning all ITMFG projects for Gigafactory 3.

· Responsible for keeping contact list for all MFG functions and lines at Gigafactory 3.

· Responsible for building out support team to cover 24/7 operation at Gigafactory 3.

· Responsible for maintaining relationship with the manufacturing leadership.

· Responsible for attending daily manufacturing leadership meetings.

· Accept assignments and tasks from leadership

· Willing and able to work overtime, weekend and after hours along with an on call rotation

任职要求:

· Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in information technology.

· Experience managing or leading teams.

· Experience in a technical support role.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Effectively build and manage cross-functional relationships.

· Excellent attention to detail with excellent follow-up.

· Experience supporting enterprise networks, including troubleshooting issues

· Experience supporting manufacturing including supporting PLCs and HMIs.

· Experience creating or using automation tools to automate tasks.

· Experience documenting and organizing work instructions.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Ability to exercise independent judgement consistent with department guidelines/standards.

· Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes.
