岗位职责:

1.Drive Analysis of field/warranty failures 售后质保索赔分析

Organize and drive the necessary processes to analyze the field and warranty failures together with a cross functional team (R&D, BYD Qaulity Dept., Aftersales, SQE) and the supplier. If necessary involve third part support (e.g. a lab with the necessary equipment). Provide a fast feedback to production and supplier and track the problem solving process.

组织并和多功能小组或供应商一起执行必要的流程来分析售后质保索赔。如必要，可以涉及第三方支持(如，获得某实验室的专业设备). 为生产部门和供应商提供快速反馈，并跟进问题解决流程。

2.Ensure the conduction of Countermeasures for short and long term solutions 保证长期及短期措施的执行

Lead cross functional Team to define countermeasures for short and long term solutions. Implement Clean points at supplier to ensure part quality. 主导多功能小组工作制定出长期及短期措施并提供问题解决点。

3.Review Field Part Analysis process at Supplier compare to the VDA Standard 依据VDA标准对供应商问题分析流程审查

Define and establish a reliable Field Part Analysis Process at critical suppliers. Ensure that supplier implement processes compare to the VDA standard. 针对关键/重点供应商确定并建立可行的市场件问题分析流程，确保供应商按照VDA 标准开展分析。

4. Supporting supplier management 供应商管理支援

Execute the necessary supplier development activities and an evaluate changes of product/processes together with the supplier and other departments.

Execute VDA6.3 audits at the supplier site to ensure their capability for field parts analysis. Define, control and report measures in order to secure and the analysis quality ability of suppliers.

执行并参与供应商VDA6.3审核以保证供应商售后件分析工作能力

任职要求:

o Education教育背景

Bachelor degree, major in Engineering or a comparable study. 本科学位，工程或同等专业.

Master degree is preferred. 硕士学位优先

o Experience (type of)工作经验(类型)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality management, development or production in the automotive industry.

最低3 年的汽车行业品质管理/研发/生产管理经验

Experience with specific technical/engineering background of responsible part group (for example: interior, exterior, chassis, etc.)

汽车零部件或相关系统设计/工程经验，如内外饰、底盘、电器等

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能

- Knowledge of the engineering or quality relevant processes and special methods (especially Quality Engineering Center, PPAP, APQP and relevant VDA manuals)

- General automotive business knowledge (supplier industry, automotive market)
