岗位职责:

1.Front, rear and engine room package design车前，车后及前舱总布置

Bring up package issue/solution tracking, inspection Front, rear and engine room digital design

In order to: ensure digital product fulfill design requirement ( after sales, production, kinetic space, ergonomic, legal requirement etc.).

提出布置问题和解决方案跟进。检查车前，车后及前舱相关设计布置方案。

工作目标：确保数字化设计方案满足各方面要求(包括售后及生产工艺可行性确认，运动空间,人机工程校核，相关法规校核等)。

2. Workfolw release in PDM system 对PDM系统中的流程数据做检查和释放

- Checking related data folw in PDM system. Release or reject workfolw based on proposal, data quality and CR process.

- 检查各工程师在PDM系统提交的数据流程，根据数据方案，质量和变更流程，对数据进行释放或拒绝。

3. Reporting / Information Exchange报告/信息交换

- Provide regular status reports to the manager.

- Preparation of meeting materials for inner meeting, function group meeting, CR meeting, Technical Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and others.

- Exchange information and decisions within teams.

- Escalate problems appropriately.

- 定期向经理提供状态报告

- 准备内部会议，功能小组会议，变更会议，技术会议，执行委员会等会议资料。

- 在小组间交换信息和决定

- 适当升级问题

任职要求:

English CV is required together with Chinese CV.

Qualification 任职条件

o Education教育背景

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience.汽车工程本科学历及以上，或其他相关专业等同的学历或经验。

o Experience (type of)工作经验(类型)

At least 5 years working experience with developing front, rear and engine room. Familiar with automotive structure, general auto system function, ergonomic, assembly and disassembly evaluation and legal requirement.

至少车前，车后及前舱总布置相关领域5年工作经验。熟悉汽车结构及常见系统的功能、人机、生产及拆装工艺及相关法规要求。

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能

? Experience in developing team working with skills of basic time/project management, functional group working. Ability to use Microsoft office and NX, designing in DMU environment (Team Center).

具备研发团队工作经验，掌握基本的时间及项目管理技能和跨部门小组等工作形式。能熟练使用NX设计软件，在Team Center环境下工作。

? Fluent English skills (with writing and speaking).

熟练的英语读写技巧。

? Familiar with Engine room package, automotive structure, general auto system function, ergonomic, assembly and disassembly evaluation and legal requirement.

熟悉整车布置，熟悉汽车结构及常见系统的功能、人机、生产及拆装工艺及相关法规要求。
