岗位职责:

1.Design and Development of lamps and switches 开关、灯具的设计开发

-Component responsible engineer for lamps and switches

-作为灯具和开关的负责工程师

-Lead and define system and component level requirements by means of creating and managing specification books for requirements and validation tests based on various requirements like Styling, Packaging, Regulation, Cross System interface, DENZA configuration list, and Manufacturing feasibility.

-总结各种需求，如造型、装配、法规，生产可行性等各方需求，主导定义系统和零部件级开发需求和测试需求完成/更新SPECs

-Create system / component design proposals with meeting state of art design

-基于行业水平制定系统/部件设计建议

-Check DFMEA with supplier and verify DV Test results of supplier

-检查供应商的DFMEA和DV实验

-Hold regular meetings with the suppliers to discuss and track development status, issues, costs, timeline, requirements etc.

-组织例会跟进供应商开发状态，问题解决进展，成本，时间计划等

-Lead change management and coordinate with other change function teams

-主持灯具和开关的变更管理

-Set up development schedule (development timeline) based on the vehicle project master schedule including release and feature plan

-依据整车项目主计划制定灯具和开关开发计划和释放计划

-Create and manage 3d design data and 2d drawings together with supplier and integration teams

-检查和管理2D和3D数据

-Lead and execute cost reduction ideas

-主管灯具和开关的降成本方案

-Creation of Project and Risk reports for Management

-负责项目风险汇报

2.Validation and Release 验证与放行

-Define testing procedure on component and vehicle level,

-定义部件级和整车级的测试流程

-Create testing standard and test procedure based on vehicle/system and regulation requirements.依据系统、整车、法规等的要求制定测试标准

-Closely monitor supplier test progress regularly and ensure all vehicle, system and component requirements are fulfilled跟进供应商测试进展，确保整车要求得到满足

-Review of DV test results and documentation审核DV测试报告

-Participation and execution of component and system tests on test bench and vehicle test drives参与和执行部件、系统级测试

-Ensure proper documentation and release in time incl. PPAP

-保证所有文档及时审核释放，如PPAP

3. Cross Functional responsibilities (Production, Quality, Aftersales, Marketing dept.) 跨部门职能(生产、品质、售后、市场等部门)

-Lead person for overall vehicle interior backlight design incl. testing and release

-主管整车背光设计，测试和放行

-Provide technical support to quality teams to fulfil PPAP requirements and participate in supplier audits 对品质部门的PPAP和供应商审核提供支持

-Ensure component and system development meets the requirements of standards laid down DENZA quality, ensure state of the art design

-保证部件和系统开发设计满足DENZA品质标准要求，符合行业主流技术水准

-Provide support to PP and Quality for EOL testing and Production/ Assembly issue solving

-对生产和品质的下线检测及装配问题提供支持

-Provide technical support to after sales teams by means of handling field issues and addressing customer concerns based on customer feedback

-对售后的客户抱怨问题提供技术支持

-Support marketing on feasibility evaluation

-支持市场的需求可行性评估

4. Benchmarking 对标

-Observe market development and competitor solutions

-关注市场技术发展方向机竞争对手最新设计

-Visit motor shows and potential suppliers to get a feeling for future evolution

-参观车展等获取潜在供应商的最新设计

任职要求:

o Education教育背景

Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical engineering related or with Automotive background preferred.

工程类专业的学士及以上，机械工程相关专业或汽车背景优先

o Experience (type of)工作经验(类型)

Minimum 5 years engineering experience in Automotive Mechanical/Electronic system development (OEM or Tier-1) with main focus on lamp and switch development.

至少5年的汽车灯具和开关开发经验(主机厂或一级供应商)

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能

Be mastery of Lamp design with several light technologies (LED, Xenon, Halogen).

卓越的汽车灯具设计经验，包括LED光源，氙灯，卤素灯

Wide experience in system design and supplier handling for headlamp and tail lamp development.

在前后灯系统设计和供应商管理方面经验丰富

Strong knowledge in design and verification of mechanical switches.

在开关的设计和验证方面经验丰富

Must be familiar with actual regulations requirements and certification aspects (CCC).

对灯具和开关相关的法规和认证非常熟悉

Sound knowledge of LED performance, light and color measurements.

对汽车常用LED的性能、光强、颜色的测量有丰富应用知识

Be proficient in typical materials used in automotive industry.

对汽车常用的材料有丰富应用经验

Need to have experience in kinematic and tolerance calculation.

对运动分析和公差等有较丰富应用经验

Sound knowledge of Automotive Product Development process and should have handled product development of automotive lamps and mechanical switches.

熟悉汽车整车企业灯具和机械开关的差评开发流程

CAD software skills (CATIA, AutoCAD, Siemens NX).

CAD软件使用纯熟

Must possess excellent Microsoft Office software skills (work, excel, PPT etc.).

Office 办公软件纯熟

Strong English language and communication skills are mandatory.

良好的英语能力及沟通技巧
