o Education教育背景
Minimum bachelor degree, master degree is preferred, major in Engineering or related.
至少本科学历，硕士学历优先，工程类专业
o Experience (type of)工作经验(类型)
?At least 5 years working experience in automotive HV environment.
至少5年以上的汽车高压电相关工作经验
?Quality and Aftersales Project management working experience is a plus.
具有质量管理和售后项目管理经验优先
?Ideally experience in China or other Asian markets.
具有中国/亚洲市场经验者优先
o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能
?Intercultural competency, ideally working experience in international companies
跨文化沟通能力,有跨国公司工作经验者优先
?Fluent English

?Basic project management skills, familiar with reporting to management level
