工作经验不限本科以上学历

岗位职责:

? Be experienced in working across all platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet - though predominantly mobile apps and responsive sites) to help design great looking content to fit within brand guidelines

? Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

? Develop and maintain a detailed UI design style guide

? Design (and prototype) from PSD's through to flat pages. Understand and use typography and whitespace

? Support communication or marketing campaigns occasionally with digital or print designs

Required Knowledge & Skills:

? Five or more years of experience and proven track record

? Strong creative portfolio to be presented and defended during interview

? Relevant experience using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, OmniGraffle, etc.

? Passionate about the potential impact of design on product. Take ownership and ideally identify yourself with your work/product

? Take a big interest in state-of-the-art and visionary ideas within the industry and beyond. Be responsiveness to Chinese as well as international design standards and trends

? Love good, consistent, and pixel-perfect design

? Fluent in English & Chinese language (native not required)

? Big plus: some experience in visual communication

? Huge plus: a knack for motion design/UI animation
