· This engineer is core to the development and design/product validation for 4WD/AWD system on the Qoros new program including NEV etc.

Core Accountabilities:

核心职责：

Lead 4WD/AWD development in terms of system calculation/application, analysis and component design.

从系统计算应用，分析和零部件设计方向，主导四驱和全驱系统开发

Drive new technique road map from enterprise perspective.

从企业角度，推进新技术路线图

Design optimization of 4WD/AWD system and components for optimized attributes and robustness to meet China customer expectation. China road conditions and driving behaviors.

四驱和全驱系统优化，零部件优化，以符合中国顾客的要求和期待，中国的道路状况和驾驶习惯

Delivery of program contents for all program milestones. with timing. quality and cost target in controlled.

交付所有项目的里程碑，控制时间节点，质量和成本目标

Involve in supplier evaluation and development. deliver technical requirements and specifications to suppliers. prepare and sign off technical documents.

参与供应商评估和开发，向供应商交付技术要求和规格，准备并完成技术文件

Develop product verification plan with validation engineer (both component level & vehicle level). control and sign off for engineering approval.Understand/translate product design and development into test/development procedures.

与验证工程师(零部件和整车层及)合作，制定产品验证计划，管控并完成工程审批，了解产品设计和开发，并从此阶段推进到测试和开发流程

Develop from MTC test/development timing plans and schedules.

开发MTC测试开发时间计划和流程

Attend/Report on DV and PV tests (Bench and in-field work)

参加/汇报DV和PV测试(台架和测试场工作)

Develop & maintain problem solution schedule.

开发并维持问题解决方案流程

Support to develop engineering solution with supplier and VE..

与供应商和价值分析团队合作，开发工程解决方案

Take part in technical review meetings in support of vehicle development process.

参加技术评估会议，支持车辆开发流程

Support to resolve cross-system management team issues.

解决跨系统管理团队问题

Review and update program status.

评估并更新项目进展

Conduct the program gate review process.

项目关卡评估流程

Balance of SE requirements at vehicle development process.

任职要求:

Specific Work Experience:

工作经验：

Bachelor degree or above. Automotive/ mechanical or related engineering major.

本科或以上学历，汽车/机械或其他相关工程专业

More than 6 years working experience of 4WD/AWD system in automotive industry.

6年以上四驱/全驱系统工作经验

At least one new 4WD/AWD development experience.

至少参与一项四驱和全驱系统开发经验

Strong experience with 4WD/AWD and testing process knowledge.

丰富的四驱/全驱和测试流程知识

Automobile DFMEA knowledge
