岗位职责:

Ensure issue the reporting under PRC / IFRS timely and accurately. Explain GAAP difference between PRC & IFRS report. Support financial review / audit from external or internal.

保证准确及时出具各种口径会计报表。解释PRC和IFRS口径报告差异。协助完成财务报表审阅，支持内部、外部审计工作。

Core Accountabilities:

主要工作职责：

lManage the financial close process on a monthly basis to assure the timely, accurate preparation of financial statements consistent with local statutory accounting policies and all Company policies and procedures;

lReview and enhance Accounting procedure as required;

lManage & consolidate monthly reports and review reconciliation in Financial statement;

lSupport internal / external auditors on quarterly review and annual audit reports.

lProvide financial support to other internal functions, such as supply chain, business development, program management, and sales, as needed.

lIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement, recommend appropriate solutions, and support implementation of improvements.

识别账务流程持续改进的机会，推荐合适的解决方案，并支持实施改进

任职要求:

2-3 years related working experience, accounting experience in manufacturing is a plus

2-3年相关工作经验，有制造行业经验优先

Desired Skills / Knowledge / Competency:

希望候选人具备的技能/知识/能力:

lMinimum bachelor degree with Accounting/Finance major;

lGood understanding of China GAAP & IFRS GAAP and auto industry practise is a plus;

lGood written and verbal communication skills;

lProficiency in MS Office software and ERP, SAP is a plus;

lVery good learning ability and team spirit, can work under stress;

lCPA is a plus;

本科学历，财务会计相关学位

熟悉中国准则、国际准则，有汽车行业经验优先

书面、口头沟通能力强

熟练运用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件, 有SAP经验优先

学习能力前，有团队合作精神，抗压能力强

有CPA优先
