Core Accountabilities:

Responsible for the indirect material & service purchasing, the allocated commodity is IT and other commodity activities if needed. 主要负责IT品类的间采采购工作，如需要，也需要支持其他被指派的任务的采购工作。

Responsible for development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned commodity.负责制定和执行指定采购品类的采购策略

Develop a robust supply base that meets user department needs建立一个满足用户部门需求的可靠的供应商库

Strictly follow indirect purchasing process and generate risks analysis report if necessary严格遵循间接采购流程，必要时生成风险分析报告

Lead supplier negotiation主导供应商谈判

Lead contract discussion and follow up主导合同的讨论和跟进

Develop and maintain long terms relationships with strategic suppliers与战略供应商建立和维护长期关系

任职要求:

工作经验：

l5+year working experience of IT related purchasing is a must.; 5年以上IT相关采购工作经验

Proven experience in supplier negotiations including preparing and administering Long Term Agreements. 在供应商谈判中有经验，包括准备和管理长期协议

>Working experience in automotive industry would be preferred有汽车行业工作经验者优先考虑
