3年以上经验本科以上学历

岗位职责:

· Responsible for the indirect material & service purchasing, the allocated commodity is Prototype/Model/Show car

· Responsible for development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned commodity

· Develop a robust supply base that meets user department needs

· Strictly follow indirect purchasing process and generate risks analysis report if necessary

· Lead supplier negotiation

· Lead contract discussion and follow up

· Develop and maintain long terms relationships with strategic suppliers

任职要求:

· 3+year working experience of Prototype/Model/Show car related purchasing is a must.;

Proven experience in supplier negotiations including preparing and administering Long Term Agreements.

· Working experience in automotive industry would be preferred

Desired Skills:

· Knowhow of mechanical and best practices in Prototype/Model/Show car

· Strong and concisely communicating at all levels inside and outside the company.

· Strong ability to lead, communicate and act in a multicultural and cross-functional environment - tough and sound negotiator.

· Action oriented with proven track record of achieving business goals.

Good analytical skill, able to predict potential risks from massive data/schedule

· Team player.

· Strategic thinker; uses creative and innovative problem solving approach.

· Organized and computer literate (Microsoft office tools), advanced Excel skills preferred (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc.).

· SAP experience is a plus.

Language:

· Excellent written and spoken English;

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in supplier chain or related field

Certifications:

? Professional certifications in supply chain, procurement, quality or related fields preferred

Others:

· Accustomed to working in a rapidly changing, high growth environment. Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes (e.g.)
