岗位职责:

工作目标：

·To perform supplier audit and support sourcing process to ensure capable suppliers are selected.

·开展供应商审核和采购流程，选择有实力的供应商。

·To launch sourced suppliers for specific programs on time with quality.

·确保定点的供应商可以按时时间与质量要求完成项目。

·To solve quality issues during new program launch and in mass production.

·解决在新项目开发过程中或者零件批量生产后的质量问题。

Core Accountabilities:

核心职责：

? Coordinate status of assigned BDS(BIW) programs with specified process for new program management.

? 根据新项目管理流程， 协调负责的白车身系统项目的进度。

?Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit, and support sourcing process

?开展潜在供应商审核和过程控制计划审核，并支持采购流程。

?Responsible for project management for assigned commodities to ensure project delivery to ensure vehicle launch

?负责产品的项目管理，确保项目交付，保证车辆按时发布。

任职要求:

工作经验：

·8+ years of working supplier quality management experience

·8年以上供应商质量管理工作经验

·Familiar with stamping process and die tooling , familiar with welding process include spot welding, projection welding and CO2 arc welding , familiar with measurement methods and specs of stamping and welding parts

·熟悉模具基本结构和冲压工艺，熟悉焊接工艺(包括点焊，凸焊,二保焊)，熟悉冲压焊接零件相关检测手段和检测要求.

·Hot forming parts and CQI-9 is preferred

·熟悉热成型零件和CQI-9过程优先考虑

·OEM work experience is preferred. (if candidate from tier 1 BDC supplier. Need program quality experience. Or quality manger experience)

·整车厂工作经验优先考虑(如候选者仅有一级供应商的工作经验，则还需要项目质量经验，或者质量管理经验)

Desired Skills:

必备技能：

·Certified in IATF16949 internal audit

·IATF16949内部审核能力

·Trained on APQP, PPAP, MSA, problem solving, project management

·APQP，PPAP，MSA，问题解决，项目管理等相关培训经验

Language:

语言能力

·Able to read, write and speak English;

·能够听说读写英语;

Education Requirements:

学历要求：

·Bachelor Degree in related field

·相关专业的本科学历

·Willing to travel on a frequent basis
