岗位职责:

·To perform supplier audit and support sourcing process to ensure capable suppliers are selected.

·开展供应商审核和采购流程，选择有实力的供应商

·To launch sourced suppliers for specific programs on time with quality.

·确保定点的供应商可以按时时间与质量要求完成项目

Core Accountabilities:

核心职责：

?Coordinate status of assigned BDC(Body & Closure) programs with specified process for new program management.

?根据新项目管理流程， 协调负责的车身开闭件系统项目的进度。

?Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit, and support sourcing process

?开展潜在供应商审核和过程控制计划审核，并支持采购流程。

?Responsible for project management for assigned commodities to ensure project delivery to ensure vehicle launch

?负责产品的项目管理，确保项目交付，保证车辆按时发布。

?Ensure the supplier understands Qoros’ supplier quality assurance requirements and comply with them during APQP phase

?在APQP阶段，保证供应商理解观致对供应商质量保证方面的要求。

?Coordinate with cross functional team, monitor and support supplier's implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning process

?与跨职能团队协调，监督并支持供应商执行APQP流程。

?Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures

?通过跟进、评估，监督供应商实现优化方案。

?Monitor Quality and Delivery performance of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact Qoros facilities

?监督供应商的质量和交付能力，发现需要升级的风险，在问题影响观致之前，找出解决方案。

?Drive continuous quality improvement across the managed supplier base

?持续改善所有供应商的质量能力。

?Escalate the critical issues to management for support if needed

?及时向管理团队报告需要升级的严重问题。

任职要求:

Specific Work Experience:

工作经验：

·8+ years of working supplier quality management experience

·8年以上供应商质量管理工作经验

·Familiar with functional parts manufacturing process. Such as Door Mirror / Door Latch / Sunroof / Sealing etc.

·熟悉功能零部件的制造流程，如车门，后视镜，门锁，天窗和密封条等

·OEM work experience is preferred. (if candidate from tier 1 BDC supplier. Need program quality experience. Or quality manger experience)

·整车厂工作经验优先考虑(如候选者仅有一级供应商的工作经验，则还需要项目质量经验，或者质量管理经验)

Desired Skills:

必备技能：

·Certified in IATF16949 internal audit

·IATF16949内部审核能力

·Trained on APQP, PPAP, MSA, problem solving, project management

·APQP，PPAP，MSA，问题解决，项目管理等相关培训经验

Language:

语言能力

·Excellent written and spoken English;

·优秀的英语口语和书写能力

Education Requirements:

·Bachelor Degree in related field

·相关专业的本科学历
