岗位职责:

在项目组作为质量接口，设定新项目的质量目标，规划质量活动，确保质量表现。

主要职责/Core Accountabilities:

负责在新项目开发阶段的质量活动协调,包括建立质量团队,设定质量目标及准备质量项目启动计划。

/span>esponsible for overall quality management coordinating in new product development, including team structure building, quality target setting and product quality launch planning.

负责质量目标的传递，会签。评估质量目标可行性并达成一致，分解目标到责任人并确认行动计划。

responsible for quality targets communication and signature. Review contents and achieve team agreement. Break targets and assign owner with action plan.

作为质量部代表加入项目组，通过预先在部门内达成共识来提供给项目组”Single Voice for Quality”.

in program team as representative from quality, complete internal pre-alignment and provide “Single Voice for Quality” supporting the program team.

在整个项目中负责在项目节点评审时确保质量交付物的按时交付并达到交付要求。

sponsible for quality deliverables delivery which meet requirements in every gate review throughout program.

在复杂问题的解决中扮演 ”主动牵头人”的角色来参与活动，风险防控和信息交流。

the “Proactive Leader” to step in, visualize and communicate critical quality issues.

作为独立项目的牵头人，推动项目质量经验总结并牵头解决方案实施。

project leader, drive quality lessons learned improvement as individual projects and lead solution execution.

任职要求:

至少五年汽车行业相关工作经验

Min 5 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry.

·有新项目管理或启动经验的优先

Program management coordinating or new product launch experience will be an advantage.
