岗位职责:

? Coordinate status of assigned EE programs with specified process, like PBP and one pager

? 利用详细流程，如PBP和单页报告，协调负责的电子电气项目

? Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit, and support sourcing process

? 开展潜在的供应商审计和流程控制计划审计，并支持采购流程

? Responsible for project management for assigned commodities to ensure project delivery to ensure vehicle launch

? 负责指定商品的项目管理，保证项目交付，保证车辆发布

? Ensure the supplier understands Qoros’s supplier quality assurance requirements and comply with them during APQP phase

? 在APQP阶段，保证供应商了解观致的供应商质量要求

? Coordinate with cross functional team, monitor and support supplier's implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning process

? 协调跨职能团队，监督和支持供应商执行APQP流程

? Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures

? 通过跟进和评估，监督供应商实现优化计划

? Monitor Quality and Delivery performance of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact Qoros facilities

? 监督供应商的质量和交付表现，发现升级的风险，及时解决问题

? Drive continuous quality improvement across the managed supplier base

? 持续改善优化供应商基地

? Escalate the critical issues to management for support if needed

? 如需要，向管理层汇报升级的严重问题

? Familiar with compressor/coolant manufacture process.

? 熟悉压缩机，冷却系统制造流程

任职要求:

· 8 years of working supplier quality management experience. 3+ year manager experience.

· 8年供应商质量管理经验，3年以上经理经验

· Familiar with HVAC system. Experience of HVAC product launch.

· 熟悉空调系统，有空调产品发布的经验

· OEM experience is preferred. ( If candidate from tier one Light supplier, program quality experience or quality manager is must).

· 整车厂经验优先考虑　(如候选者有一级车灯供应商经验，则还需要项目质量经验，或必须具备质量经理经验)
