岗位职责:

· To perform supplier audit and support sourcing process to ensure capable suppliers are selected

· 开展供应商审计并支持采购流程，选择有实力合适的供应商

· To launch sourced suppliers for specific programs on time with quality.

· 及时确定具体项目的采购供应商

Core Accountabilities:

核心职责：

? Coordinate status of assigned INT programs with specified process, like pbp and one pager

? 协调负责的INT项目,如PBP或者单页报告

? Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit, and support sourcing process

? 开展潜在供应商审计和流程控制计划审计,并支持采购流程

? Responsible for project management for assigned commodities to ensure project delivery to ensure vehicle launch

? 负责指派产品的项目管理,保证项目交付,保证车辆开发

? Ensure the supplier understands Qoros’s supplier quality assurance requirements and comply with them during APQP phase

? 在APQP阶段, 确保供应商了解观致的质量要求

? Coordinate with cross functional team, monitor and support supplier's implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning process

? 与跨职能团对协调, 监督并支持供应商执行APQP流程

? Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures

? 通过跟进方案, 评估, 监督供应商实现优化方案

? Monitor Quality and Delivery performance of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact Qoros facilities

? 监督供应商的质量和交付表现, 发现升级的风险, 并及时解决问题

? Drive continuous quality improvement across the managed supplier base

? 持续改善供应商基地的质量

? Escalate the critical issues to management for support if needed

? 向管理层汇报升级的严重问题

任职要求:

· 8 years of working supplier quality management experience

· 8年质量管理工作经验

· Familiar with IP/DP/Console product manufacturing process.

· 熟悉仪表盘/中控/DP和产品制造流程

· OEM work experience is preferred. (if candidate from tier 1 interior supplier. Need program quality experience. Or quality manger experience)

· 整车厂工作经验 优先考虑(如候选者仅有一级内饰供应商经验,则需要项目质量经验或质量经理经历)

Desired Skills:

必备技能：

· Certified in IATF16949 internal audit

· IATF16949内部审计证书

· Trained on APQP, PPAP, MSA, problem solving, project management

· APQP，PPAP，MSA培训经历，善于解决问题，项目管理

Language:

语言能力：

· Excellent written and spoken English;

· 优秀英语口语和写作能力

· Bachelor Degree in related field

· 相关专业,本科学历

· Willing to travel on a frequent basis
