岗位职责:

o perform supplier audit and support sourcing process to ensure capable suppliers are selected

-开展供应商审计，支持采购流程，选择有实力合适的供应商

-To launch sourced suppliers for specific programs on time with quality.

-及时确定具体项目的采购供应商

Core Accountabilities:

-Coordinate status of assigned EV programs with specified process, like PBP and one pager

-负责具体电动车产品的项目状态跟进，使用PBP或一页纸报告格式管理

-Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit, and support sourcing process

-执行潜在供应商和过程控制审核，支持供应商定点

-Responsible for project management for assigned commodities to ensure project delivery to ensure vehicle launch

-确保自己负责的零件能够支持整车项目顺利量产

-Ensure the supplier understands Qoros’s supplier quality assurance requirements and comply with them during APQP phase

-帮助供应商理解观致汽车对于供应商质量保证的要求，以及APQP的要求

-Coordinate with cross functional team, monitor and support supplier's implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning process

-组织协调多功能小组，管理和支持供应商的先期质量策划的实施

-Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures

-管理供应商对于问题改进的执行过程以及结果的有效性

-Monitor Quality and Delivery performance of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact Qoros facilities

-管理供应商的质量表现，以及识别潜在的问题点，以防止影响到观致工厂的生产

-Drive continuous quality improvement across the managed supplier base

-对自己负责的供应商进行持续质量改进

-Escalate the critical issues to management for support if needed

-在需要帮助时及时对问题进行升级

-Familiar with Battery/Pack/BMS/Motor/HV harness manufacture process.

-熟悉电芯，电池包，电池管理器，电机，以及高压线束的制造流程。

任职要求:

5 years of working supplier quality management experience

-5年以上供应商质量管理经验，

-Familiar with EV battery, BMS, Cooling system. Pack. HV harness etc

-熟悉电动车驱动电池电芯，BMS，电池冷却系统，电池包，高压线束等

-OEM experience is preferred. ( If candidate from tier one supplier, program quality experience or quality manager is must).

-有OEM工作经验优先(如候选人来自一级供应商，需有相关产品的项目质量管理经验)

Desired Skills:

必备技能：

-Certified in IATF16949 internal audit

-IATF16949 内部审计证书

-Trained on APQP, PPAP, MSA, problem solving, project management

-APQP，PPAP，MSA培训经验，善于解决问题，项目管理

-Green belt is preferred

-六西格玛绿带培训证书 优先考虑

-Excellent written and spoken English;
