1. Responsible for planning and organizing business meetings
负责部门活动和商务会议的组织安排;
2. Support leaders’ daily work, make allappointments and travel arrangements for leaders
为领导提供日常的行政支持,安排约见和差旅;
3. Maintain leaders’ work calendar to make sure appointments andactivities are arranged appropriate
管理领导的工作日历,确保各种会议和活动的合理安排;
4. Arrange customer visit, including issuing invitation letter,arranging transportation and accommodation, meeting logistics preparation etc.
负责客户来访的接待,包括准备邀请信,安排交通住宿,提供会议服务等其它后期支持;
5. Do reimbursement timely and submit kinds of requests for leadersfollowing company’s procedures and system
按照公司的规定,在系统里为领导及时提交报销和各种申请;
6. Complete other admin tasks if needed
完成领导交办的其它工作;
1. Bachelor degree or above, no requirement for major
本科或者以上学历,专业不限
2. Preferred relevant assistance working experience in MNC.
有在跨国企业从事过助理工作经验者优先考虑;
3. Good communication, coordination, interpersonal skill.
良好的沟通协调能力;
4. Good command of English skill in reading and writing;
良好的英文读写能力
5. Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office, Visio;
具备良好的电脑及办工软件操作技能(包括windows, MS office, Visio等);
6. Quick learning skill, and eager to challenge and develop selfunder pressure.
